Deeksha's journey in wellness began with Arya Spa Wellness, the family-owned practice she has helped grow since 2016. What started as a commitment to helping people relax and recover has become a broader vision: a place in Brampton where RMT massage, osteopathy, physiotherapy and chiropractic come together under one roof.

That vision is Mayfield Therapeutics — a clinic built on the belief that care should be personal, accessible and centred on how you want to move and feel.

Christina is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner with a background in Kinesiology, fitness, and personal training. She takes a personalized, hands-on approach to help improve mobility, reduce tension, and support the body's natural function.

Osteopathy can be helpful for everyday aches, stiffness, movement concerns, and overall physical well-being. Christina is passionate about the connection between movement, stress, lifestyle, and how we feel, and aims to help clients feel more comfortable, energized, and connected to their bodies through practical and sustainable wellness habits.
