- Career applications: your name, email, phone, the position you're applying for, your message, an optional LinkedIn or portfolio link, and the résumé file you attach.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser type and approximate location, collected automatically for security and analytics.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange or confirm appointments.
- To consider your application for a role at the clinic.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse (including captcha verification and rate limiting).
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
Forms and Email Delivery
Form submissions are delivered to the clinic by email using a third-party email delivery service (Resend). Your submission and any attachment pass through that service to reach us. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Spam Protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions come from a person. Turnstile may process technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics.
Analytics and Cookies
If enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand website traffic in aggregate. Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies and may transfer data outside Canada. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings or a browser extension.
This website does not use advertising cookies.
